I only have a couple more chapters to go through on Sanchin and then it’s all done for the final time.
I’m sure I just keep looking for excuses to fiddle because I’m too afraid to let it go and have people actually read it. Crazy, I know. Why else would any normal person write a book if they didn’t want people to read it?
But then I guess I’m not normal. I must be a bit weird. To be honest, I never really intended to publish any of my fiction. I started writing about martial arts when a bout of glandular fever stopped me from training. The full length novel came about because a friend challenged me to take part in NaNoWriMo and Sanchin was the result.
But I’ve enjoyed the process so much and I’m loving working on Yantsu so I suppose I would be crazy not to put them out there and at least try to get some interest in them.
Anyway, the decision is made. Sanchin will be available soon and I will just have to see what happens from there. As soon as I’ve caught up on my non-fiction deadlines I will be back working on Yantsu.
I’m really looking forward to being back into full time writing mode again.
